Snow Park
Snow Park is an exhibition center for a large indoor ski resort. The interior is arranged as six themed scenes: Ice Lake, Ice Tunnel, Ice Cave, Ice Light, Ice Cone and Ice House. Glass fiber reinforced gypsum shapes the flowing walls and ribbon-shaped light fixtures, while translucent ice jade stone lines the tunnel area. Holographic projections, screens and dynamic lighting guide visitors along an immersive route. Thirty-six structural columns are absorbed into the streamlined layout. The flexible plan also allows a later shift to commercial use.
Snow Park Exhibition Center by Kris Lin was highlighted as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Snow Park Exhibition Center was awarded the Platinum A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
